Getting cold

It's 25° now and supposed to be 21° in the morning. Plug in the truck and bring in the brass monkey.

Well brothers it seems like we are going to get another dose of that fluffy white fun starting on Tuesday and we won't get above freezing until Saturday. Used to be that wading in the river to fish caused my feet to freeze but now my feet are warmer than the rest of me. On the second we had a groundhog come up in the front yard but it was a cloudy, overcast day and Bull Shoals Bill did not see any kind of a shadow so I guess the mayfly and caddisfly hatches are about two months away. Y'all stay safe and warm until we meet up at rondy.

Who da thunk it! Last week was 9" of snow and this week is a shorts and flip flops spring day.I think I'll go fishing.

Looks like March is coming in like a lion hopefully it will go out like a lamb in time for the mayfly and caddis hatch.
