Rest In Peace AMS

Post by BigJesse »

Just got word that AMS, Mike Tutton passed. He was one of the founding members of TXBC and was kind enough to come to our very first gathering over 12 years ago.
He was a very knowledgeable man and will be missed.

I feel great sorrow for us left here on this earth and I would not wish my brother Mike back from his joy for even a few moments of his fellowship. Remember his first aid class with the orange? It was a Jekyll and Hyde moment, to see him cruelly inflict mayhem and murder upon the defenceless and innocent orange, evilly describing the harm inflicted as if he was Snidely Whiplash himself. Afterwards he washed, treated and cared for the unfortunate victim with the great tenderness and compassion of a guardian angel. What a wonderful lesson he gave to us not just in the practice of first aid but also in human psychology and how to instruct a class.

I do remember. I also remember how badly I fumbled it. I had its innards all over me by the end of it.
